Delivery
General
- The seller may, without prejudice to their rights arising from the customer’s default, demand an extension of delivery and performance periods or a postponement of delivery and performance dates from the customer for the duration in which the customer fails to fulfill their contractual obligations towards the seller.
- The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall pass to the buyer only upon handover of the goods, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
- The seller shall not be liable for the impossibility of delivery or for delays in delivery insofar as these are caused by force majeure or other events unforeseeable at the time of contract conclusion (e.g., operational disruptions of any kind, difficulties in procuring materials or energy, transport delays, strikes, lawful lockouts, shortage of labor, energy or raw materials, difficulties in obtaining necessary official permits, official measures/prohibitions under pandemic laws, or failure to receive correct or timely deliveries from suppliers) and which are beyond the seller’s control. If such events substantially hinder or render delivery or performance impossible and the hindrance is not merely temporary, the seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In the case of temporary hindrances, the delivery or performance deadlines shall be extended or postponed by the duration of the hindrance plus a reasonable start-up period. If, due to the delay, acceptance of the delivery or service becomes unreasonable for the customer, the customer may withdraw from the contract by giving immediate written notice to the seller.
Delivery Time
Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for delivery within 3 days. Delivery is handled by Deutsche Post and DHL and takes an additional 3 to 5 days within Germany.
For prepayment orders, the dispatch period begins the day after the payment order is placed with the transferring bank. For all other payment methods (e.g., PayPal, instant transfer), the dispatch period begins the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
Shipping Costs
We ship exclusively within Germany using Deutsche Post and DHL. We only deliver to the mainland of the countries we ship to.
