Terms and Conditions of Our Online Shop (AGB)

§ 1 1 Scope and Definitions

• The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

• A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed. The customer has the opportunity to read and print these Terms and Conditions before concluding the contract.

(hereinafter referred to as “Seller”)

The services presented in the online store constitute a non-binding invitation to submit a purchase offer.

By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The seller may accept orders within 14 days.

The consumer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the order process in our online shop. The ordering process includes:

• Selection of the desired product
• Confirming by clicking the “Order” button
• Reviewing the shopping cart
• Proceeding to checkout
• Logging into the online shop or registering
• Reviewing and correcting data
• Binding submission of the order by clicking “Buy Now”

Before submitting, customers can go back to correct any errors or cancel the order by closing the browser.

An automatic order confirmation email will be sent immediately. After review, a separate email confirming the order (“Order Confirmation”) is sent. The contract is concluded with this email. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified, and any received payments refunded.

We store the contract text and send the order data and our Terms and Conditions via email. Customers can also download and print the Terms and Conditions and order details from the final page of the checkout process or from the confirmation email.

§ 3 Prices, Payment, Shipping Costs

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs, customs duties for export deliveries, and public charges may apply.

Payment options: Prepayment, PayPal, Sofort (instant transfer).

PayPal: Payments processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. After confirming the purchase, customers are redirected to PayPal to complete payment. The contract is concluded upon confirmation.

Prepayment: Customers must transfer the amount immediately after concluding the contract.

Sofort: Payment via Sofort GmbH. Payment confirmation is sent to us immediately, and goods are shipped accordingly.

Shipping is done via DHL to Germany and the EU mainland only.
Shipping within Germany (mainland): €4.90
Free shipping from €50 order value.

International EU mainland shipping: €14.90
Free from €100 order value.

§ 4 DeliveryUnless otherwise specified, all offered items are ready for dispatch within 2 days. Delivery by GLS takes 2 to 5 days within Germany.

Dispatch begins:

• For prepayment: the day after payment order
• Other payment methods: the day after contract conclusion

If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period ends on the next working day.

The seller may demand an extension of delivery times if the customer is in default of obligations.

Risk of accidental loss or deterioration transfers to the buyer upon handover.

The seller is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure or unforeseen events (e.g., operational disruptions, shortages, strikes, official measures, pandemic-related restrictions, or supplier delays). If delivery becomes impossible or substantially more difficult, the seller may withdraw from the contract.

§ 5 Retention of Title

Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

via a clear statement (e.g., letter, fax, email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, though it is not required.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (except extra costs from a different delivery method), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used.

Refunds may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day you inform us. You bear the direct costs of return.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

§ 9 Our Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

These exclusions do not apply in cases of fraudulent concealment of a defect, warranty claims, injury to life/body/health, or product liability law.

Liability exclusions also apply to personal liability of our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

§ 10 Data Protection, Order Data Storage

Personal data required to process the order is collected and processed in accordance with legal requirements. Further use requires the customer’s consent.

We store your order data and send them along with these Terms and Conditions via email. You can also access your data anytime under “My Account.”

§ 12 Dispute Resolution, Changes to Terms

• According to EU Regulation Art. 14 (1) ODR-VO, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available athttp://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in such procedures.

• Changes to these Terms for ongoing contracts will be communicated by letter, fax, or email. If the customer does not object within six weeks, the changes are deemed accepted. The customer is informed separately about this right and the legal consequences of silence.

§ 13 Final Provisions, Applicable Law, Contract Language#

Use of our services is only permitted for persons at least 18 years of age.

The relationship between the seller and customer is governed exclusively by German law. The CISG does not apply.

The contract language is German.
